Whole cow’s milk contains about 87% water. The remaining 13% contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Processing techniques remove fat to produce lower fat varieties: “reduced fat” contains 2% milkfat, “lowfat” contains 1% milkfat, and “nonfat” or “skim” has virtually no milkfat. Cows are often pregnant while they are milked, so dairy milk contains hormones like insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), estrogens, and progestins. Some cows are given additional hormones to increase milk production.
Ingredients
Creamy Avocado Juice
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup (236 ml) fresh cold/hot milk,
- 1 Tablespoonful (15 g) sugar, honey, or sugar substitute (if desired)
Video: easy steps to follow
Steps 1
Cut the avocado and scoop out the pulp. To cut your avocado easily:
Take your knife and cut the avocado in half vertically.
Twist the two sides apart, exposing the pit inside.
With a spoon or a knife, remove the pit.
Grab a spoon and scoop out the all of the inside.
Step 2
Put the pulp of the avocado in a blender. If you're using sugar or honey, add it now, too. Give it a quick whirl to get the juices flowing and the flavors combined.
For the first recipe (the creamier, richer version), hold off on the milk for right now and just add the sugar. That part comes next.
Step 3
Add fresh milk, if applicable, bit by bit. You want complete control over the thickness of your drink; should it be more smoothie-like or more like juice? The natural thickness of the avocado opens up the entire spectrum of consistency. Add a small amount, blend it up, and decide whether or not you'd like to add more. Give it a taste test, too!
It probably goes without saying that the thicker and richer your milk, the thicker and richer the final taste will be. Whole milk and avocado will be more smoothie-like while almond milk and avocado will be thinner -- and have a completely different taste. See the magic of papaya with its fruits
Step 4
Finish blending, garnish and serve chilled. Once you've found the right consistency, blend it until everything is combined thoroughly, creating a uniform look throughout. Garnish with whatever your heart desires --
Finally: your juice of mixer of parachichi with milk will be ready you can put into your grass and start drinking for better health
