Ginger Biscuits

flour 2 Cups Cocoa powder

1 tablespoon of soup

Brown sugar 1 Cup

Butter ¾ Cup

Egg 1

Molasses ¼ Cup

Baking soda 2 teaspoons

Flour cinnamon 1
teaspoon

Raw ginger 1 teaspoon of
broth Flour
·
cloves ½ teaspoon
·
Salt ½ teaspoon
·
Vanilla ½ teaspoon
How to Prepare and Cook
1. In a bowl, whisk
together the flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Set aside.
2. Set the oven on fire
while preparing the biscuits.
3. In another bowl, pour
the butter and sugar into the cake machine until the mixture should be as soft
as two minutes.
4. Pour the molasses and
egg into the butter and sugar mixture and mix well.
5. Pour in the flour a
little at a time while mixing with a spoon until all the flour is done.
6. Pour cinnamon, cloves
and ginger, mix well.
7. Put your mixture in
the fridge for about two hours. (If you like you canstore your mixture in a
freezer bag and bake another day.)
8. Make small circles.
9. Dip each circle in
the middle of the sugar, then arrange on a baking tray.
10. Put the circles back
in the fridge for about half an hour.
11. Bake in 350ºF oven
for 15 minutes.
12. Place the biscuits
in the oven and let them cool for about ten minutes.
