Description Job Purpose:
·
To
develop and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns;
·
tracking
sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory;
·
planning
meetings and trade shows; maintaining sales and marketing databases and
preparing reports time to time.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute Distributor &
Franchisee strategies, Review Distributor& Franchisee contract 2. Explore
and find target clients, Expense & revenue analysis, financial modeling,
Acts as liaison person between client and company
3. Define and develop route-to-market framework
and ensure distributors build the right infrastructure and capability.
4.
Define, develop, implement and evaluate of the competencies and
capabilities based on the distributor maturity profile guide. Implements
marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales
forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and
objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating
calendars.
5.
Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense,
and new business data also Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing,
and summarizing sales data.
6. Keeps promotional materials ready by
coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing
orders; verifying receipt.
7. Researches competitive products by
identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and
advertising; maintaining research databases.
8. Plans meetings and trade shows by
identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts;
developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
9. Provide updates regarding events, products
and openings to the social media
Job Requirements:
1.
Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is preferring
2. At least Two years of working experience in
the related field 3.
Preferably executives specializing in
retailing management or online Job Key Attributes:

good Communications Skills (English and Swahili language)
