Dimensions:

 

·         Butter 400 gms

 

·         Sugar 2 tablespoons broth

·         Flour  4 - 5 cups

·         Eggs 2

·         Vanilla ½ teaspoon

·         Lozi 2 cups

·         Powdered sugar (icing sugar) 1 cup

How to Prepare and Cook

 

1.      1 .Add the butter and sugar to the cake machine and use until completely smooth.

2.      Add the egg yolks and mix well.

3.      Tia vanilla Blanched sliced ​​almonds.

4.      Put a little flour first in the machine and mix well.

5.      Then turn off the machine and continue  a little at a time, mixing by hand until firm.

6.      Place in the ma'uul wood (as in the picture) and press in to make a circle.

7.      Arrange them in a cooking tray in the oven.

8.      Bake over a low heat for about 300 ° C.

9.      When ripe, let them cool and then sprinkle with icing sugar and place in a container paper cups. Tip: The amount of flour until the Ma'muul mixture sticks to it depends on the size of the eggs.
