·         Wheat flour 2 Magi (large cups)

·         Hamira 1 teaspoon

·         Sugar 2 tablespoons soup

·         Milk ¾ Magi

·         Butter 2 tablespoons soup

·         Frying oil Volume

·         Shira

·         Sugar ¾ Magi

·         Water ¾ Magi

·         Dough flour Volume (iliki y unga)

·         Zafarani Volume

 

How to Prepare and Cook

 

1.      In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together and knead so that it is not too hard or too soft be modest.

2.      Then make one lump and leave it in a warm place until it rises.

3.      Then put the frying oil on the fire.

4.      Push the dough until it is not very thin, then cut it as in the picture.

5.      Then heat the oil and burn the mittai without turning it until it ripens and turns brown.

6.      In a saucepan, measure the shira and let it simmer for a while.

7.      Pour the batter into a saucepan and whisk, then place on a plate and they will be ready for eaten.
