Chocolate And Caramel Slices

 


 Dimensions

 

·         FLOUR1 Magi (cups of tea)

·         Brown sugar ½ Magi

·         Melted butter 125 g

·         Grated coconut ½ Magi

·         Caramel filling Syrup 1/3 cup of tea

·         Melted butter 125 g

·         Sweet yoghurt milk 2 cups (condensed milk) Chocolate filling

·         Chocolate 185 g (dark chocolate)

·         Oil 3 teaspoons

 

How to Prepare and Cook

1. Mix the flour, sugar, butter and grated coconut in a bowl until the dough sticks together.

2. Grease a burning tray then spread it on a 20cm tray for 30 cm or (8 in for 12 in) you can put the burn paper down if you like.

3. Bake at 325˚C for 15 to 18 minutes or until simm redbrown.

4. In a small saucepan add the syrup butter and sweet yogurt milk and mix withlightly heat until thickened then pour over the baked cake and bake again for a whileof 20 minutes until the caramel turns golden brown.

5. In another small saucepan, add the pieces of chocolate and oil and stir in the fire small until melted then let cool slightly pour over caramel filling then setin the refrigerator until it cools

.6. Cut into slices and place on a plate ready to eat
