Cold water 1/2 cup of
tea
HOW TO PREPARE AND COOK
1. Grind the sugar to a
moderate amount, mix the rice flour, baking powder, garlic and sugar.
2. Heat the ghee until it is as light as water
and pour it into the flour mixture of rice, then mix together with the ark.
3. Add the beaten eggs
and continue mixing until the flour begins to mix well.
4. Add very cold water
as only half a cup to mix well.
5. Cut to the design you
want them to be thick and not the usual cookies as inpicture and if you like
you will place a doll using saffron in the middle of the ledge as shown above.
6. Bake over 300F and
350F for 15 to 20 minutes without turning redready to be eaten.
