Job
Purpose
The
incumbent will be responsible for transforming ideas into market realities
through user experience visions & designs, innovation strategy, solution
design research, information designs, prototyping, storytelling, product
roadmaps and design language systems.
Main
Responsibilities:
Cultivate
the bank’s user experience design practice by introducing new collaborative
methodologies, tools, and resources during designing process
Lead and
direct a team of designers and strategist by creating a clear strategy, vision,
framework, operating model, team structure, processes within the Core
Innovation unit.
As a
design strategist, architecting all ideas of the bank to the next generational
designs strategies by visualizing ideas through strategic visions, value
propositions, ecosystem blueprints, evaluation frameworks, customer journeys,
interactive prototypes and user experience toolkits.
Lead
strategy and designs of the bank’s new products, platforms & solutions and
ensure that they are implemented within the highest standard.
Contribute
to shaping digital road map of the bank in collaboration with wider team in
Digital transformation by ensuring that cost-effective, customer-centric
solutions are delivered.
As a
design researcher collect and connect qualitative user insights, quantitative
market analytics and product-to-platform heuristics to prioritize the most
delightful, viable and feasible concepts.
Quickly
understand, analyze and respond to stakeholder briefs & request on new
products & solutions developments.
Ensure
all products/services are delivered to the highest quality standards meeting
both internal and external quality standards, positioning the banks as an
innovative leader.
Ensure
products and solutions designed & implemented is aligned with other
stakeholders within and outside the bank.
Maintain the credibility and reputation of the
bank’s innovation unit through effective relationships, including customer
visits and networking to identify potential opportunities to improve our
product/service offering and/or identify new product/services adding value to
both bank and our customers.

Manager; Digital Lab
Job
Purpose
The
incumbent will be responsible to foster research, testing, and incubating of
concepts, products and processes by leveraging on technology to deliver digital
products which capture value, enhanced experience and capabilities to our
customers.
Main
Responsibilities:
Create,
evolve, and scale a new method of delivering digital solutions, adopting a
lean, fail fast delivery methodology based on Agile principles.
Play a
key role of a change agent responsible to influence peers, leaders within the
bank to align, adapt to and use these new methodologies/technologies.
Innovate
from prototyping to testing with an eye towards encouraging speed to market in

Job
Purpose
The
incumbent will be responsible for development of technology solutions, and
mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure
they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan.
Main
Responsibilities:
Play a
leading role in setting the architecture and design for current /new emerging
bank’s products and technological solutions.
Review,
interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to
ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT
capability
Provide
detail system specification document, map business requirements to optimal
systems requirements; produce detailed functional/configuration
designs/specifications and data architecture to match solution design

Provide
accurate development effort estimates for solutions designed by vendors and
