1.Senior Manager; Core Innovation

Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for transforming ideas into market realities through user experience visions & designs, innovation strategy, solution design research, information designs, prototyping, storytelling, product roadmaps and design language systems.

Main Responsibilities:

Cultivate the bank’s user experience design practice by introducing new collaborative methodologies, tools, and resources during designing process
Lead and direct a team of designers and strategist by creating a clear strategy, vision, framework, operating model, team structure, processes within the Core Innovation unit.
As a design strategist, architecting all ideas of the bank to the next generational designs strategies by visualizing ideas through strategic visions, value propositions, ecosystem blueprints, evaluation frameworks, customer journeys, interactive prototypes and user experience toolkits.
Lead strategy and designs of the bank’s new products, platforms & solutions and ensure that they are implemented within the highest standard.
Contribute to shaping digital road map of the bank in collaboration with wider team in Digital transformation by ensuring that cost-effective, customer-centric solutions are delivered.
As a design researcher collect and connect qualitative user insights, quantitative market analytics and product-to-platform heuristics to prioritize the most delightful, viable and feasible concepts.
Quickly understand, analyze and respond to stakeholder briefs & request on new products & solutions developments.
Ensure all products/services are delivered to the highest quality standards meeting both internal and external quality standards, positioning the banks as an innovative leader.
Ensure products and solutions designed & implemented is aligned with other stakeholders within and outside the bank.
 Maintain the credibility and reputation of the bank’s innovation unit through effective relationships, including customer visits and networking to identify potential opportunities to improve our product/service offering and/or identify new product/services adding value to both bank and our customers.
Ensure the development of a high- performing team through embedding performance culture and informal coaching.

2.Senior Manager; Digital Lab

Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible to foster research, testing, and incubating of concepts, products and processes by leveraging on technology to deliver digital products which capture value, enhanced experience and capabilities to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

Create, evolve, and scale a new method of delivering digital solutions, adopting a lean, fail fast delivery methodology based on Agile principles.
Play a key role of a change agent responsible to influence peers, leaders within the bank to align, adapt to and use these new methodologies/technologies.
Innovate from prototyping to testing with an eye towards encouraging speed to market in a dynamic and ever changing environment.
Create a digital lab which will facilitate nurturing of new ideas into finalized solutions by establishing and drive the technical execution of the digital products.
Create processes in the lab that are rooted in best practices for continuous improvement and innovation, constantly evolving to meet future business and delivery needs.
Oversee the build of digital products from technical design to final end solutions within the innovation operating model and framework.
Ensure that the design and implementation is within the user requirements analytical framework.
Drive a culture of innovation and bold thinking through rapid test and learn experimentation, while also delivering value for customers and business.
Design new systems ideas or changes by supplying input for key design and architecture decisions in technological solutions.
Conduct business and technical impact analysis of proposed application changes and new system design request.
Coordinate with internal development team on internal developed projects to ensure proper communication to the appropriate teams has been completed and all necessary documentation is in place on new system designs.
Lead the development of implementation plan for the enterprise architecture based on business strategy and requirements
Guide on the effective use of solutions and architectures in order to achieve business outcomes in alignment with business requirements and the overall Enterprise ArchitectureEnsure the development of a high- performing team through embedding performance culture and informal coaching.

3.Senior Specialist; Solution and Enterprise Architect

Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for development of technology solutions, and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan.
Main Responsibilities:
Play a leading role in setting the architecture and design for current /new emerging bank’s products and technological solutions.
Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability
Provide detail system specification document, map business requirements to optimal systems requirements; produce detailed functional/configuration designs/specifications and data architecture to match solution design specifications
Provide accurate development effort estimates for solutions designed by vendors and internal development team to assists project managers in project and resource planning.
Conducts technical impact analysis of proposed application changes and new system design request.
Conduct quality acceptance testing to ensure that the systems designs work as expected and according to the design document.
Provide delivery of high-quality, full-scale technical solutions through collaborative interactions with the customers, business team, technical resources, change delivery team and development team lead
Ensure compliance to solution architectural design in the implementation of projects
Explain technical issues and IT solution strategies to stakeholders and other IT professionals
Ensure that solution architecture (software and programs) designed are in sync with business needs and hardware
Review the proposal of vendors and suppliers to ensure that quality inputs are delivered at the least possible cost
Monitor the activities of external programmers and developers on IT solution projects
Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with solution architecture.
Lead the development of an implementation plan for the enterprise architecture based on business strategy and requirements
Guide on the effective use of solutions and architectures in order to achieve business outcomes in alignment with business requirements and the overall Enterprise Architecture

4.Senior Manager; Market Research

Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible to drive the business to a more customer centric perspective by providing research expertise within the business, turning qualitative/ quantitative research into actionable big picture insights and strategy for stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

As the strategic market research lead, consult widely on briefs, providing deep knowledge, experience and technical expertise and best practice advice on approach, incorporating both traditional and innovative methodologies of research.
Through the design, execution, analysis and presentation of research studies help the business better understand consumers and directly inform areas such as product/offer strategy, brand and communication strategy, convenience and loyalty offers and investment prioritization across the bank.
Working closely data and analytics experts & other stakeholders within the bank, by instrumentally delivering customer centric products & solutions, championing the voice of the consumer and driving their customer journey work using your qualitative research findings.
Advocated the design research practice by tailoring research tools, methods, deliverables, and in-field networks to best embrace the research goals, participants, and environment.
Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Assist in developing and designing market driven products in collaboration with Innovation, Emerging technology &Fintech and Change Delivery team.

5.Senior Product Specialist; Acquiring
Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring Product Development and its life cycle management to ensure high return on investment by translating ideas into strategy and features.

Main Responsibilities:

Developing and executing acquiring products strategies consistent with company vision and roadmap with the support from senior management.
Lead product specialist(s) where applicable and coordinating with stakeholders in PLCM food chain.
Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to shape requirements, features and end products which will expand product market reach.
Responsible and accountable for producing and review acquiring gateway requirements documents.
Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule with the effective support from Communication and Marketing departments.
Make creative recommendations to expand product base, usage and tracking of product impact to end user.
Responsible for acquiring risk profile management with the support from Risk and Compliance department.
Any other assigned duty from the supervisor.
