HOW TO COOK BIRIAN WITH KING FISH, NJEGERE AND SNUWBAR

 

  •  Fry the fish away from the ingredients as you like and stir well.
  • Or burn (bake / grill) in oven if you like.
  • Put the oil in a saucepan, fry the onions until they turn brown.
  •  Divide into two parts
  • Place one part in a saucepan and add raw ginger and onion to fry.
  •  Fry the tomatoes and then add all the binzari, continue to fry, add the peas, nuts and snuwbar and dried lemon.Add the fried potatoes, and the remaining onions.
  • Add the fish pieces, mix with the masala without disturbing the fish.
  • Boil the rice and then pour over it, cover and cook in the oven or charcoal until the rice is tender
