HOW TO COOK BIRIAN WITH KING
FISH, NJEGERE AND SNUWBAR
In order to cook biryani with fish especially when you use nguru fish (KING FISH), You should follows these kind of procedures and requirements

HOW TO COOK BIRIAN WITH KING FISH, NJEGERE AND SNUWBAR
- Fry the fish away from the ingredients as you like and stir well.
- Or burn (bake / grill) in oven if you like.
- Put the oil in a saucepan, fry the onions until they turn brown.
- Divide into two parts
- Place one part in a saucepan and add raw ginger and onion to fry.
- Fry the tomatoes and then add all the binzari, continue to fry, add the peas, nuts and snuwbar and dried lemon.Add the fried potatoes, and the remaining onions.
- Add the fish pieces, mix with the masala without disturbing the fish.
- Boil the rice and then pour over it, cover and cook in the oven or charcoal until the rice is tender
