HOW TO COOK BIRIAN WITH GOAT MEAT
Things which you should prepare
1k Of goat meat
4magi of birian rice
3 onion
2 fresh tomato
3 tea spoon of bottle tomato
2 team spoon of blinding Thom and ginger
1 supu spoon of peeper
2 supu spoon of Garam masala
1 tea spoon of Hiliki
Salt
A half cup of cooking oil
Zafarani
FIRST YOU SHOULD PREPARE MEAT SOSI. LETS SEEN HOW TO COOK AND PREPARE MEAT SOSI OF GOAT MEAT
Take meat and mix together with Thom,peeper,salt and a half of garam masala.put in oven until reach the end point or cook as usually until it reach end point.
Take another pan(sufuria) and put into first few oil.then put onion and fry them until the color of onion became Brown.Then put fresh tomato,bottle tomato,binzari and all things remain.
SECOND STEP IS COOKING RICE.
THIS STEPS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWINGS
4 magi of basmat rice
1 stick of mdalasini
3 hiliki
1 capsule of supu (kidonge cha supu)
Chumvi
Clean the rice and put it into water for few minutes,
Put water into pan and put into cooker then put capsule of supu,hiliki,mdalasini and salt then heat to boil,
When water boil put rice for few minutes then pour water .
Put a few cooking oil,and zafarani into it the return the rice into cooker for another cooking phase.
Pour the cooked rice into the plate then take meat SOSI and put onto the coked rice in the plate ready to be eaten.
