Job Description
MACC Group Limited (Formally known as Mzalendo Associates Consulting Company Limited) was established in February 2012 and incorporated in August 2012. The principal Office is situated at Dodoma Municipal. MACC Group Limited has been established with the major aim of making difference in the sector of service provision. It aims at providing quality and diligent services to her clients. The Company position itself in the area of Business, Management, Development, Agriculture and Environment. The Company is one of Tanzanians fasted growing management and development consultancy firms.

Job Location: Dodoma City Town

Reporting to: Board of Directors



1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1. General

Managing, planning and coordinating the Firm’s activities of providing consultancy services and micro financing to the public in a quality and diligent manner.

1.2. Specific

1.2.1. Ensuring effective overall management and supervision of Firm’s activities.

1.2.2. Overseeing the planning and execution of new projects.

1.2.3. Directing the formulation of policy proposals for consideration by the Board in relation to physical and financial functions of the Firm.

1.2.4. Interpreting policies put down by the Board and issue internal regulations and procedural instructions thereof.

1.2.5. Preparing the annual budgets for the Firm and submits them to the Board for approval.

1.2.6. Reviewing regularly, actual performance, plans and budgets and submits reports to the Board detailing performance with recommendations for necessary to correct adverse variances,

1.2.7. Establishing the responsibilities of his/her immediate subordinates and delegates the necessary authority for them to discharge their duties.

1.2.8. Making recommendations to the Board for staffing levels required by the Firm and ensures that effective procedures are established for recruitment, training and development of staff at all levels.

1.2.9. Ensuring that the Firm’s activities conform to law.

1.2.10. Making recommendation to the Board for fixing consultancy fees and loans rates and interest and collect revenue thereof.

1.2.11. Acting as the final authority for management decisions within the Firm, safeguards the Firm’s financial position and ensures that discharges its financial obligations.

1.2.12. Ensuring all financial transactions of the Firm are authorized and controlled in accordance with agreed procedures and the proper system of internal controls are maintained.

1.2.13. Carrying out the functions of the Firm with due diligence.

1.2.14. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Directors.



Team Leader Job Duties and requirements:

Applicants must have

1. At least a Masters degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Social Sciences, and other relevant areas with five (5) years’ experience as Senior Officer in reputable organization.

2. A high degree of energy, patience, empathy, and personal maturity with a strong character is essential

3. Experience in either senior level consultants, coaches, leader or those with similar qualifications (will be added advantage)

4. Very strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to prepare reports in concise and focused style.

5. A well-developed pattern of achievement, contribution, execution, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity

6. Advanced computer skills especially in spread sheets, database and presentation etc

7. Capable of developing network within and outside the country

8. Attention to fine details, logistics, and the ability to coordinate communication among several parties is critical.

9. Have a deep comfort level with technology and the flexibility to travel
