SHORT CAKE  BISCUITS

·         You can 2 Magi (cups of tea)

·         Crushed sugar 2/3 Magi (cup of tea)

·         Butter 220 g

·         Rice flour ½

·         Magi Egg

·         1Vanilla

·         1 teaspoon

 

How to Prepare and Cook

 

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until the dough sticks together.

2. Grease a burning tray then spread it on a 20cm tray for 30 cm or (8 in for 12 in)

3. Bake at 325˚C for an hour or until it turns browngold.

4. Remove and cool and then cut into pieces like a rectangle, weak on a plate ready to drink andtea. Recommendations: With the same flour you can make round biscuits.
