Biriani and Goat Meat Sauce

 


 

Material which you must have for all process of cooking

 

  • *      Goat meat 1 Kilo
  • *      Rice 4 Magi
  • *      Onions 3
  • *      Tomato 2
  • *      Tomato application 3 teaspoons (ya kopo)
  • *      Thoms and crushed ginger 2 tablespoons
  • *      Crushed raw pepper 1 teaspoon of broth
  • *      Garam Masala (a mixture of dill) 2 tablespoons broth
  • *      Hiliki 1 teaspoon
  • *      Salt volume
  • *      Oil ½ cup
  • *      Saffron or green and yellow / orange biriani colors

 

How to Prepare and Cook Meat Sauce
