About the Company
The Health and Insurance Management Services Organization (HIMSO) is a local Tanzanian NonGovernment Organization established and registered in 2012 to complement the government’s efforts in providing comprehensive, quality health care coverage to the needy population.
HIMSO aims to drive healthcare enhancement interventions as well as provide technical expertise for the development of social protection innovations, particularly micro-health insurance through Public Private Partnership. HIMSO was formed with the support of CIDR (Centre for International Development and Research), a French based International NGO, which has promoted from 2002 to 2008 Self-Managed Health Insurance Schemes (SMHIS) in Mbozi and Kyela involving Community Health Fund Users Associations (CHFuA).
Currently, HIMSO is providing technical support to Songwe region for the technical management of the Improved Community Health Fund (iCHF). HIMSO is also implementing the Emergency Transport System (ETS) in Busokelo, Rungwe (Mbeya region), Mbozi and soon in Ileje (Songwe region).
The Assignment
HIMSO seeks to appoint a suitable and reputable Office furniture and equipment Service Provider to provide high quality office furniture and equipment to HIMSO offices in Mbeya City, Mbeya region.
Goods required
Boardroom table with ten (10) chairs
Reception table
One Air conditioner
Projector and board (white)
Qualifications
The preferred supplier must have expert knowledge and will be expected to timely deliver on superior quality furniture and equipment as required.
The successful supplier must be ready to cover the furniture and equipment by warranty for the period of one year.

The proposal should not exceed 5 pages (excluding attachments) and must include;
1. Cover page
2. Evidence of business registration
3. Contact information for key contact person
4. Three proposed designs for boardroom table and chairs and reception desk
5. Clear specifications for air conditioner, projector and board (white)
6. Any other relevant information you wish to include
7. A financial proposal which includes all costs including delivery to HIMSO’s Mbeya offices in Mbeya City.
