Staff / Ticketing Executive for Al Hashar Tourism Travels, Oman – Job Ref: 92

than 50 sales awards from the airlines of world repute
Roles and responsibilities:
o Attend walk-in clients and telephone
calls
o Make and change reservations & quote
the prices
o Issues and re-issue tickets , EMDs
o Brief clients about fare rules/time
limits etc.
o Process refund under supervision
o
Prepare daily sales report and
coordinate with accounts for invoicing
o
Establish relations with customers and achieve sales target
o Undertake similar or related duties
o Organize , schedule and book traveling
tickets in accordance with individual travel plans
o A good knowledge of written and spoken
English
o Must have good command over Hindi
o Good inter-personal, communication and
organizational skills
o Must have good computer knowledge and MS
Office
o 3-6 Years experience in similar field
with IATA Travel Agencies/ GSA
o Should have reservation, ticketing and
airline training, GDS (like Sabre/ Amadeus/ Galileo) exposure
o Negotiation and sales skills
o Strong Problem solving skills
