INTRODUCTION:
Mkulazi Holding Co. Ltd (MHCL) is a company owned by
the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) and Prisons Corporation Sole (PCS).
The Company was established on 6th September 2016. The main objective of the
company is to undertake production of sugar in Tanzania. To start with, MHCL
plans to develop two sugar estates in Morogoro region of which one will be
located at Mkulazi area, Morogoro District (Mkulazi Estate) and the other in
Mbigiri, Dakawa in Kilosa District (Mbigiri Estate).

Pharmaceutical Assistant
Position Title: Pharmaceutical Assistant (1 Post)
Reporting to the Head of Health facility, the
candidate will ensure effective and timely pharmacy services to all in and out
patients and will administer sterile medications under aseptic conditions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
To process prescription as recommended by Doctors,
Order drugs from main store, dispense drugs and other pharmaceutical products
to the ward and Outpatient department and prepare daily/weekly and monthly
report on drugs dispensed to his immediate supervisor.
Qualifications & Experiences and knowledge
Certificate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from
recognized Institutions, Certificate of enlistment from Tanzania Pharmacy
Council of Tanzania, maintain licensure in good standing as a Registered
Pharmaceutical Assistant In the United Republic of Tanzania, Minimum of three
(3) years’ relevant experience, Knowledge and Understanding of drugs
regulations.
Salaries and Other Fringe Benefits will be as per
the Company’s Salary scales/structures and the Staff Regulations and Conditions
of Service, 2019.
General condition: all applicants should have
accomplished secondary school education and possess an ordinary certificate or
an advanced certificate of secondary education or its equivalent and should not
be above 45 years of age.
