BIRIANI NA KUKU WA KUCHOMA-(GRILLED CHICKEN BIRIAN)

-Grilled Chicken birian (Grilled)

 


Requirements for cooking grilled chicken biryan

 

*      Basmati / Pishori rice 4 cups

*      Chicken 1

*      Onions 3

*      Tomato / tungule 2

*      Crushed raw ginger 2 tablespoons broth

*      Crushed onion thomu 1 teaspoon of broth

*      Whole raw pepper 3

*      Lemon 2

*      Garama Masala / dill(binzari) mixture 1 teaspoon of broth

*      Haldi / tumeric / dill yellow 1 teaspoon

*      Red pepper pepper 1 teaspoon

*      Yogurt / yoghurt 3 tablespoons soup

*      Oil ½ cup

 

§  How to Prepare and Cook rice

 

§  Wash the rice, soak it. Wash the chicken thoroughly, bread slices of the same size and place in a bowl.

§  In a small bowl, mix the raw ginger, thomu, all the dill, red peppe rflour, salt, yogurt, lemon juice.

§  Reduce the mixture a little and set aside.

§  The remaining mixture, put in a bowl of chicken and mix well to few minutes even half an hour or more.

§  Place the chicken in a baking tray or roast in the oven and grill you turn it up ready. Remove, set aside. Chop onions, tomatoes / onions, pepper squash and set aside.

§  In a saucepan, add oil, fry the onions until they turn brown.

§  Add the tomatoes and raw peppers, squash peppers and the previously reduced mixture.

§  Add the chicken and mix well.

 

§  When frying the onions to save time, while boiling the rice in half the cell, pour the water,filter. Cut the masala in half and set aside.

§  Pour some rice over the masala, then pour the remaining masala then over it again .

Cover and bake in the oven until tender. Mix as you unload in a plate
