Reporting to: Service Director
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing Management or related field
Experience:
At least 3-5 years experience Automotive or transport Industry.
Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage
Duties
Focus on developing the connected solutions recommending suitable actions supporting the target achievements
Continuously monitor and analyse market trends and activities, including monitoring of competitive products
Transfer all necessary data and information from factory to the sales force, acting as a link of communication
Setup and monitor processes fir starting and ending subscriptions, setting invoicing flow, commission structure and support flow
Ensure that a package of basic KPIs are compiled for top managements on a monthly basis
Product management of Fleet Management
Act as the market's contact with the factory
Requirements
Proven organisational and administrative skills
Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical awareness of motor vehicle
Communication and sales skills
Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
Awareness in understanding of health and safety requirements
Active knowledge of the English language
Good computer skills - Ms Office
Position: Sales and Marketing Executive

Establishing suitable relationships with clients, brokers, agencies and other financial institutions
Marketing and distributing of the company products to corporates and relevant organisations
Continuous networking in order to increase the brand awareness
Excellent in communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills in both English and Swahili.
Possesses basic computer skills
Customer and clients care oriented
Position: Head of Retail Banking
