Mailman School of Public Health (MSPH)Tanzania LLC- ICAP is a not-for-profit organization registered and operated by The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York, in the United States of America. MSPH Tanzania LLC is also known locally as ICAP, an entity that began collaborating with the Ministry of Health in Tanzania in 2004 to reduce perinatal transmission of HIV and support the rapid scale up of HIV care and treatment. ICAP now works in close partnership with the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare (MOHSW) and provides capacity-building support and technical assistance (TA) for the national HIV and tuberculosis (TB) programs.
ICAP – Country office now intends to identify and enlist reputable Consultancy Firms for the following services,
LOT: I Service Agreement Advert Data Science for Access
LOT: II Service Agreement Advert Stakeholder Coordination for HIV Research
LOT: III Technical Support for CSO Engagement to Address Needs of Persons Living with HIV (PLHIV) and Key and Vulnerable Populations (KVP) in Tanzania
LOT: IV Technical Support for External Monitoring of Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) Components of Service Delivery

The evaluation of proposal will be conducted as per Mailman School of Public Health (MSPH) Tanzania LLC – ICAP Guidelines. Mailman School of Public Health (MSPH) Tanzania LLC – ICAP provides equal opportunity for all bidders
How to apply:
Proposals should be submitted not later than 11:00am local time of 15th January 2019. Afterward proposals will be opened from 11:00am the same date in public and in the presence of consultants’ representatives, who choose to attend in the conference room of the organization.
Proposal sent by post must be registered.
All proposals in one original and one copy, properly filled and enclosed in sealed envelopes (not indicating consultant’s name) stating clearly “The Proposal for Consultancy service” and indicate lot number should be addressed to:
