Job Summary
We seek to hire a Senior Tour Operator with over 5 years work experience in international tour Company as an operator, you will earn TZS.1,100,000/month (Gross) and bonus
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
Experience Level: Senior level
Experience Length: 5 years
Job Description
Supervise service quality satisfaction
Making sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals and service are satisfactory;
Welcoming groups of holidaymakers at their starting point and announcing details of travel arrangements and stopover points;
Informing passengers of arrival and departure times at each destination on the itinerary and ensuring that all members of the group are back on the coach before departing from each stop;
Ensuring that the tour is running smoothly for individual members of the group;
Developing mechanisms to achieve the client’s/group needs/objectives;
Tracking budgets and expenses while Providing activity/statistical summary reports.
Hotel /Transport /Activities/Restaurant/Destination/Boutique/Park booking and payment
Liaising with hotels, coach companies, Safari car companies, airline, restaurants and other suppliers；
Ensure all bookings are made through preferred suppliers wherever possible;
Advising about facilities, such as sights, restaurants and shops, at each destination;
Arranging for clients transportation from the airport to the hotel or from one hotel to another both locally and internationally;
Car hire for group safaris/individuals;
Pay supplier in time;
Research and develop & database setting
Must be familiar with all preferred suppliers, and the applicable commission rates;
Research the new products/hotels/activities, sign the annual contract;
Renew the hotel database and service database;
Inspect the suppliers and writ down the report;
Assist Head office to designing flexible tour packages to meet of different clients.
Setting the data base;
Setting up the SOP;
Office daily job
Daily administrative work;
Assist Company Director, develop the Guest house and Boutique shop;
Manager the local driver's performance;
