The
Children’s Dignity Forum (CDF) is a voluntary, private, non-governmental,
nonpartisan and non-profit-making Civil Society children’s rights organization
based in Dar es Salaam as its headquarters, founded and registered in 2006
under the NGO Act No. 24/2002. CDF has offices in Tarime District, Mara Region
and Mpwapwa District, Dodoma Region. For more information about CDF, please

Qualifications,

Class
“C” driver’s license plus valid defensive driving certificate “O” levels
including competence in English Language and Mathematics. Certificate in
logistics, administration/ procurement an added advantage. A minimum of five
years of experience in vehicle maintenance and driving Good communication

Qualifications,
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Law, child development, social work or
related disciplines. Knowledge of principles and practices related to child
development, child protection and participation issues Demonstrable
experience of working with and developing inclusive participation for children
and young people.
Able
to work with and gain the confidence and respect of a range of children and
young people (including traditionally excluded groups) in the participation

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mass Communication, journalism, media, public
relations or related field; Understanding of brand management and excellent
writing skills and oral communication skills (both Swahili and English);
Experienced writer for variety of mediums, including brochures, blogs,
newsletters, reports, websites, and social media; Ability to communicate the

Bachelor
in Sociology, Community development, Social Sciences or any other relevant
discipline from a reputable institution
Candidates
must be well organized and able to work independently,
Skilled
at handling multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines
Work in
stressful situations, and willing to travel extensively
Effective
interpersonal skills and team management
More
than 2 years of experience in community development or community social
mobilization with different stakeholders.
