Jubilee Life insurance is looking for external sales force to assist the company in creating awareness, promoting sales and subsequently increasing the company’s products penetration in the market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The key duties and responsibilities will include the following:

1. Promote the Life Insurance products of the Company as Introduced.

2. Carrying out need analysis of the Customer

3. Building strong relationships with new and existing customers and manage their expectations

4. Create Awareness on need of Life Insurance requirement by giving presentations to various groups

5. Should be able to meet the project target on new business and Renewals

6. Proactive and follow up with the prospective customers for new Business and Cross Selling

7. Should be able to attend periodic training on new Products, Guidelines as advised by the Company.

8. Customer Centric and maintain the ethics of the Company.

9. Should be able to maintain more than 90% persistency on sourced policies by continuous follow up.

10. Maintains Values, Vision and Mission of the Company throughout his/her association with the Company

11. Maintain Sales Compliance in all business sourced.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Minimum of one year experience in sales and marketing

2. Age from 23 years and above.

3. Entrepreneurial mind set.

4. Minimum diploma education in any field

5. Smart with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills (Essential)

6. fluent in English and Kiswahili (Essential)

7. Experience of interacting with Customers in past with high convincing power

8. Experience with the banking sector and working in the bank environment (Desirable)

REMUNERATION

The mode of payment for this role is on commission basis with additional retainer benefits upon meeting set targets.

Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS) is vested with the responsibility of maintenance and development of Trunk and Regional Roads Networks in Tanzania Mainland. Apart from this, it is also responsible in conducting Axle Load Control Operations using weighbridges.

As a measure to strengthen capacity of discharging TANROADS’ functions effectively, the Regional Manager, TANROADS Kilimanjaro Region seeks to recruit qualified and competent Tanzanian Citizens to fill the vacancies at its Himo Weighbridge station and the mobile weigh scale.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and competent Tanzanians to fill the various vacancies in the region on contract terms (Renewable subject to satisfactory performance)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:

Appointment will be on Contract Terms of two years, renewable subject to satisfactory performance.

2. POSITION TITLE: WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATORS (1 VACANCY)

SCOPE OF POSITION

Successful applicants must be ready to work on “shift” basis including Weekends and Public Holiday. They should sometimes be prepared to work for considerable lengths of time away from their permanent stations.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Academic Qualifications;

Holder of Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized Higher Learning Institution/Colleges

2. Age: Not above 35 years of age.

3. Must be Computer literate (at least Advanced Certificate in Computer Applications)

4. Must be fluent in English and Kiswahili languages.
