Park Hyatt Zanzibar situated in stone town at the heart of island of Unguja which forms part of the two island of the country of Zanzibar is looking for a hygiene officer whose core responsibility will be to handle all aspects of food safety and Hygiene and make sure that all Hotel associates attends trainings on food safety as per the Hotel requirements
Qualifications
The candidate we are looking for has to have the following qualities
• 2 or 3 years’ experience in role
• Diploma/Degree in Food Safety
• Good knowledge of food safety and Hygiene procedures
• HACCP Certification will be an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and OSHA Standard Operating Procedures
• excellent computer skills
• good report writing skills
• Excellent communication and inter personal skills
• Fluent in English language
• Excellent organizational skills
• creative and interactive
