Position: Hatchery Manager
OVERVIEW
HR Solutions is a recruitment agency and is currently inviting applications from suitable and qualified candidates for a position of HATCHERY MANAGER on behalf of our client.
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Implementation of Hatcheries strategies ensuring that the hatcheries are run in the most efficient manner possible. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, Hatcheries Manager key focus areas are as follows:
KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA’s):
Achievements of Hatchability targets
The accuracy of forecasts.
Financial management – profitability etc.
staff development
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND NEEDED
A Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Electrical /OR Mechanical Engineering
A minimum of 5 year experience managing a factory.
