Description
Job Purposes;
§ Meet the business objectives initiated by the respective country Retail Clients business
§ Relationship Management of existing Corporate effectively to facilitate portfolio growth.
§ Driving Activations and penetration of signed up schemes.
§ To assess the risk profiles of customer segments and contribute to the Development of effective control measures within the PDD.

Key Responsibilities;
Business Driver
· Achieve team sales target and increase sales productivity
· To grow the portfolio through a focused market segment approach by creating effective relationships that maximize revenues and Asset growth
· To support the campaign concept and analyze campaign findings against proposals.
· Achieve preferred segment relationship penetration, multi-product selling or bundles around anchor product (assets, wealth etc). All relevant internal and external certification to be completed prior to referring / selling wealth products.
· Arrange / create sales activities
· Build and manage relationship with business partners / intermediaries / channels
· Fulfills corporate employees’ banking needs including payroll and other retail products
· Drive the Employee Banking one bank agenda
· Advice the Business on companies which exhibit high risk policies and practices hence control and manage risk

Customer Experience

Ensure sales team has the right culture and attitude
Operational quality – manage sales controllable error, rejection, approval rate, TAT etc.
Engage Credit & Operations and other relevant stakeholders for smooth approval and customer on-boarding experience
Manage customer experience
People Management

Proactive performance/scorecard management – motivation & retention of talent
Train and Coach the team
Upgrade people management skill constantly
Risk Assurance

Ensure CDD, MLP & TCF diligence
Zero tolerance – Fraud, Mis-selling
Discipline in HR and training related matters
Adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements, reflect best practices
Adhere to operational risk controls and procedures in day to day sales management
To ensure no adverse findings in internal / external audit, governance and compliance review
To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager
Qualifications & Experience

Must be a graduate. MBA’s will be preferred.
Sales experience of at-least 2-3 years of which 1 year must have been in managing a direct sales team will be preferred
Should possess strong people management and leadership skills to manage approx 10-20 sales people.
Experience in handling Deposit and Asset Products of a Bank would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
Good knowledge of the selected market and customer segments would be an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
Strong inter-personal skills, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
