opportunity is open for Senior Manager Credit risk Administrator to join a
leading Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the
bank utilises the best risk management tools that are available and appropriate
for the various credit portfolios in the bank.
JOB
DESCRIPTION
Management
of Credit Risk Administration unit and to provide administrative support to
business units i.e. Corporate, SME and Retail Banking.
Implementation
and control of terms and conditions of approval authorities as recommended in
the credit requests
Checking
and vetting of facility offer letters and all other security documents.
Management
and control of the Credit/security documentation system so as to ensure close
monitoring.
Evaluation
of training needs and formulation of appropriate training programmes for the
credit risk control staff with credit responsibilities in liaison with Head of
Credit Risk Management
Management
of the credit administration aspects of the portfolio, including ensuring that all
requisite security documentations are in place.
Authorization
of drawdowns or disbursements in requisite to security perfection or as deemed
proper by approval authorities pending to perfection of proper documentation
provided
Attending
to customers (be internal or external) queries and ensure timely close and
feedback to complainant
Management
and close follow up to law firms on the whole issue of preparation and
registration of security documents to ensure firm control and ownership of
security properties.
