Background

Tata Africa Holdings (Tanzania) Limited in collaboration with Tata motors(India) which is a leading automobile company manufacturing commercial & passenger vehicles and has presence across 55 countries for export of trucks, buses and passenger vehicle.

We have been operating in many countries for sale of our automobile products and provide after sales services to our products.

Tata Africa Holdings Tanzania Limited is looking to employ local Tanzanian to cover the following positions.

1. Sales and Marketing Executive

This position is responsible for Sales & Marketing of Tata bus/vehicles and Trucks

• Mapping of markets & identification of customers/ segments

• Developing corporate customers and monitor key activities leading to overall increase in customer satisfaction index

• Developing and execution of any promotional requirements

• Must have marketing / sales exposure

• Understanding of commercial vehicles

• Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Graduate from any recognized university/college, minimum 3 year experience on the same role.

2. Collection Manage

This position is responsible for Collection/Recovery of outstanding in Auto Business.

• Relationship with related Co(bank, debt collection, Insurance) preferred

• Must have strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Sound knowledge of local language/English and must have excellent computer skills

• Must have experience working with Banks

• Graduate from any recognized university/college. accounts/Finance. minimum 8 year experience (overall)

3. Executive credit control

• This position is responsible for debit recovery.

• Follow up with overdue customers and field visit

• Organize list according to severity of delinquency

• Must have debit recovery exposure

• Understanding of retail finance

• Must have experience in debt collection and management.

• Finance or accounts graduate with minimum 4 years of experience

4. Technicians

Including Auto – electrician, AC system Technician, Electricians and Mechanics.

• From recognized university/college and Minimum 4 years of experience on the same role.
