B. THE
JOB
HR
manager must be well versed with the Labour act in order to perform their duties.
The candidate shall be in charge of the employees and help to maintain the
smooth running of the organization.
The
following are the qualifications.
A
Bachelors’ degree in Social Sciences or Business,
A Post
graduate qualifications in HR
Two
years’ experience at a Manager level managing a work force of at least 200
staff
Experience in Oil and Gas sector a must
